MEET THE FOUNDER

Margaret Okwudarue

For 15 years, Margaret Okwudarue worked inside some of the world’s leading multinationals in Nigeria and across European markets, mastering New Business Development, Product Branding, Sales Management, and Marketing Strategy.

She holds an MBA from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland (UK), a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Lagos (graduated with Distinction), and is an alumna of the Lagos Business School.

Then she walked away. She resigned from paid employment and launched Contienium Limited, manufacturers and distributors of Mcee Party ICE, stepping fully into the realities of entrepreneurship. No shortcuts. No safety net. Just strategy, sleepless nights, and an unrelenting drive to build something from zero.

From production to packaging, storage to distribution, and sales to scaling — Margaret was in it all the way. And the result? Millions of Naira in sales revenue within 6 months, with Mcee Party ICE landing shelf space in major retail outlets across Nigeria.

Today, Margaret has worked with over 60,000 independent female entrepreneurs across Africa, helping them apply the same world-class marketing and sales frameworks she used — in their own businesses.

Her mission is simple: to teach, inspire, and equip female professionals and entrepreneurs to build businesses that compete and win at the highest level.
